Flexura is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If tracking shows your package as delivered, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier before contacting us.
Orders placed without Shipping Protection are not covered for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged during or after shipment, or intercepted by customs. Flexura cannot guarantee replacements or refunds in these situations.
Packages intercepted, delayed, seized, or otherwise withheld by customs are not eligible for refunds or reshipments unless Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout. In rare cases, the package may still arrive if the supplier chooses to resend it, but this is not guaranteed.
Flexura is not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be refunded or replaced. In rare cases where we choose to make an exception and fulfill a replacement order, the replacement order is considered final sale and is not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges once delivered.
