1. Start Fully Charged.
Before your first session, charge KneeRestore Elite™ with the included USB-C cable for approximately 2–3 hours. The power indicator flashes while charging and remains on once the device is fully charged.

2. Wrap It Comfortably.
Position the massage area over the front of your knee, then secure the adjustable strap for a close, comfortable fit. It should feel supportive without being overly tight, restrictive, or uncomfortable.

3. Set Your Comfort.
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the device. KneeRestore Elite™ starts at a low heat and vibration setting; use the touch controls to adjust the heat and vibration levels to what feels best for you. The infrared light activates with the heat setting.

4. Finish Fresh And Dry.
Start with a short, comfortable session and relax while KneeRestore Elite™ supports your at home comfort routine. The device automatically shuts off after 30 minutes. When finished, turn it off, wipe the exterior with a soft cloth, and store it somewhere clean and dry.

RECOMMENDED USE

For best results, begin with 10–15 minute sessions, 2–4 times per week, using the lowest heat and vibration settings that feel comfortable. You may gradually adjust your settings as needed, but do not use the device while sleeping or exceed its 30 minute automatic session.
