1. Charge Before First Use
Fully charge SCULPT360™ EMS BELT using the included USB C cable before your first session. Make sure the belt and controller are clean, dry, and ready to use.

2. Fit It Comfortably
Wrap the belt around your waist or lower abdomen with the massage pads facing inward. Use the adjustable strap or included extension strap for a secure, comfortable fit that feels supportive without being overly tight or restrictive.

3. Choose Your Settings
Press and hold the power button to turn on the controller. Select from 8 massage modes, 19 intensity levels, and 3 warming levels to create a session that feels comfortable for you. Start at the lowest intensity and gradually adjust only as desired.

4. Relax Then Store Safely
Enjoy your session while the EMS pulse, warming function, and red light feature support your personal body care routine. SCULPT360™ automatically shuts off after 20 minutes. When finished, remove the controller, wipe the belt with a soft dry cloth, and store it in a clean, dry place.

RECOMMENDED USE

Begin with one 20 minute session at a low intensity, 2 to 4 times per week. As you become familiar with the sensation, you may adjust the mode, intensity, and warming level to what feels comfortable.

For the best experience, use SCULPT360™ as part of a consistent wellness routine alongside regular movement, hydration, and balanced habits. Do not use the device while sleeping.
